Please accept this as our formal invitation to attend the 2016 Alpha Chapter Charter Day Dinner/Celebration on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. The Dinner will be held in the Ballroom of the (Bro.) Armour J. Blackburn Center on the campus of Howard University. The theme for the Dinner is “Alpha Chapter: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.” The keynote speaker will be Bro. (Judge -Retired) Livingstone Morris Johnson, Alpha Chapter 1946. As a special historical note. Bro. Judge Johnson’s father, Bro. Oliver Livingstone Johnson was initiated though Alpha Chapter in 1913 and was one of the charter members, along with Bro. Founder Edgar Amos Love, of Gamma Chapter. This promises to be an exciting day to celebrate Omega’s past, present and future.
Also, if your schedule permits, we are hosting a “Brothers Only” forum from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. prior to the Dinner, also in the Blackburn Center, in which we will discuss issues of importance to the Fraternity and how to get Brothers more involved on the graduate level.
