Alpha Omega Chapter congratulates Bro. Courtenay L. Miller, named Grand Chaplain of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated at the Post-Conclave Supreme Council Meeting on Monday, August 3, 2026, following the 85th Grand Conclave in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Bro. Miller crossed the burning sands through Alpha Omega itself. On January 17, 2009, he was initiated on the line known as the "Notorious N.O.O.N. Nexus" — nine brothers who came into Omega through this chapter and have been giving back to it ever since.
Seventeen years later, one of that line now sits on the Supreme Council of the Fraternity.
He takes the office at the hand of another brother of this chapter. In the photograph above, Bro. Miller is pinned by the newly elected 43rd Grand Basileus, Bro. Mark E. Jackson, Sr., who served as Alpha Omega's 38th Chapter Basileus from 2004 to 2005. Two men shaped by the same chapter, one pinning the other into the leadership of the whole Fraternity — a good week for Alpha Omega, and a better one for Omega.
